Fish and Shrimp Moqueca

Onion, tomato, pepper, dendê oil (a typical Brazilian oil from the Northeast), coconut, all of it in the right mix and right temperature, stewed in an earthenware pot, result in a delicious Moqueca served for two people with rice and dendê farofa (a typical Brazilian side dish made with flour).
